Primary Sport

The College participates in Swimming, Athletics and Cross Country Carnivals. From here, there are pathways to regional NASSA, NSWCIS, NSW PSSA, IPSSO and Australian Championships. The College also offers the opportunity for individual students who play at a representative level to trial in all NSWCIS sports such as Hockey, Rugby League, AFL, Cricket, Soccer, Basketball, Netball, Tennis and Gymnastics. The College over the years has had many students compete at the highest levels of representative school sport.

Wollondilly Anglican College are aligned within the NASSA sport region. This allows our students to compete against other Colleges in gala days and have the possibility to be selected for NASSA representative teams. These team sports that we participate each year include: Oz Tag, Soccer and Netball.

IPSSO and College Sport

Students in Years 3 to 6 have the opportunity to take part in the Independent Private Schools Sport Organisation (IPSSO) competition during sport time. These games are played against other local independent schools and Colleges. Competitive sports options over the year include; AFL, Soccer, Oz Tag, Volleyball, Netball and Cricket.

Students in Pre-Kindergarten to Year 6 also have the opportunity to take part in sport-specific and skill-based programs. These programs are run by teachers and professional coaching staff with students taking part in Gymnastics, Swimming, AFL, Tennis and Athletics Programs. In addition, students participate in modified games that expose students to different skills, strategies and equipment.
