Strategic Plan 2026-2028

Excellence in Learning, Care, and Culture.

Strategic Plan 2026-2028

This Strategic Plan for 2026-2028 reaffirms our commitment to our core Strategic Pillars of Leaming, Care, and Culture, which define our mission and impact as a Christian educational institution.

Building on observed strengths and addressing identified challenges from comprehensive feedback from staff, College Council, students, and parents, this plan outlines how we will develop and strengthen critical areas of our College: People, Environment and Stewardship. These are the critical "how" to achieve consistently high levels of excellence and ensure sustainable growth across all facets of College life.

Mission

To provide a high-quality Christian education that nurtures academic excellence, fosters a Christ-centred community of care, and cultivates a culture of positive influence, equipping every student to live and serve for Christ's Glory.

Vision

Wollondilly Anglican College aspires to be a leading Christian educational institution, renowned for empowering students to achieve their full potential in learning, character, and service, consistently reflecting our deep commitment to faith, community, and excellence, all lived out for Christ's Glory.

“"With Christ at the centre of all that we do, we will continue to invite students and families to consider the Christian faith, to understand that God has a plan and purpose for their lives, and that He desires to know each of us. " - Trevor Norman, Headmaster”

Strategic Pillars: Our Core Areas of Focus

These pillars represent the fundamental areas of our mission where we deliver value to our students, families, and community. Essentially, this is what we want Wollondilly Anglican College to be known for. We will continue to set ambitious goals within these domains.

Fundamental Capabilities

These critical areas are the fundamental capabilities, resources, and operational elements that will empower us to achieve the goals set within our Strategic Pillars. For the 2026-2028 period, these areas are broadly categorised into three areas:

People

Focusing on the development, wellbeing, and engagement of our staff, students, parents, and community;

Environment

Concerning the development and optimisation of our physical spaces and infrastructure;

Stewardship

Ensuring responsible management of our financial resources, historical foundation, and the consistent upholding of our Christian mission and governance.
